The U.S. Air Force, through the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, is seeking contractor services for troubleshooting and minor repair of the exhaust system in Building 4607. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron (27 SOCONS/AFSOC), Cannon Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Troubleshooting and minor repair of the exhaust system in Building 4607 - Includes testing and repairing communications control bus wiring - Verifying sequence of operations for equipment (air handler units, exhaust fans, breathing air systems, chilled/heating water systems, pumps, valves, actuators) - Compiling deficiency lists and reports for non-working controllers and equipment - Coordination with remote software engineers to verify automation system operation - Minor wiring repairs (e.g., re-terminating controllers and devices) - Excludes major repairs such as high bay/ceiling wire replacement and long wire runs - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and qualifications - All work must comply with federal, state, and local laws and industry standards - Work to be performed during standard base hours (Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, excluding federal holidays) - Security and vehicle protocols specific to Cannon AFB apply - Performance must be completed within 90 days after receipt of order - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) with a $19M size standard

Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, qualifications and other items and services necessary to troubleshoot building 4607 exhaust system for 27 SOCES. The Contractor will troubleshoot communications control bus, verify sequence of operations, create deficiency list on non-working controllers and equipment. Once completed contractor will compile a report on the items needed to be repaired or replaced to 27 SOCES for review. The contractor shall perform the requirements of this PWS in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and industry standards.
