This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes.

This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 6.104-2(a) and FAR 12.102(a), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp. for VMware NIPR Software and License Renewal.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government.
