Le mandat consiste à fournir des services professionnels en architecture et en architecture du paysage pour la conception et la surveillance de deux phases de travaux séparées en deux lots. Le premier lot inclut la réfection de la toiture principale de l’immeuble incluant les travaux de rétention d’eau requis. Le deuxième lot inclut la réfection de la maçonnerie et le remplacement d’une partie des fenêtres du bâtiment. Le contrat sera attribué suivant un système de connaissance différée du prix, prenant en compte la qualité de la présentation, la compréhension et l’expertise du soumissionnaire.
