The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Knox, on behalf of the United States Cadet Command, is seeking a contractor to provide zipline and suspended rope bridge training services for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) at Marseilles Training Center, Illinois. - Government Buyer: - Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Knox - United States Cadet Command - Services Requested: - Zipline and suspended rope bridge training for up to 225 cadets - Provision of six (6) ziplines and two (2) suspended rope bridges - Supply of all safety equipment, including helmets, gloves, and harnesses - Trained guides (minimum two per zipline and bridge) to conduct and supervise training - Safety inspections, management, supervision, and labor for the event - Attendance at a resource working group meeting for planning and coordination - Products/Equipment: - Six ziplines - Two suspended rope bridges - Safety equipment (helmets, gloves, harnesses) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Training must be conducted within 50 miles of Marseilles Training Center - Contractor must provide all equipment and staff - Services are for a 2-day training event, with a separate planning meeting - Support for 225 cadets during the event - No specific OEMs or product brands are mentioned in the solicitation.

Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide zipline/suspended rope bridge training support of Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Marseilles. The contractor shall provide all associated equipment and trained staff to conduct zipline/suspended rope bridge training as specified herein, for JCLC Camp Marseilles. Resource working group will occur on 8 June 2026 and the training event will occur on 23-24 June 2026. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this PWS.
