Description
The United States Air Force Band requires specialized transportation services for the movement of approximately 10 -15 pallets of cargo, including personal luggage, musical instruments (to include temperature-sensitive items), and fragile audio/production equipment to Oslo, Norway. Required services include secure pickup, palletization, climate-controlled transport (as needed), white-glove handling, and time-definite delivery. The contractor must be capable of protecting high-value, sensitive equipment from environmental and physical damage and provide appropriate insurance coverage. This requirement may result in recurring service needs. Vendors capable of providing consistent, reliable support for both CONUS and OCONUS movements may be considered for future requirements.
