Description
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contracting activity proposes to procure without using full and open competition, in accordance with 41 U.S.C 1901 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501, preventative maintenance and continued extended service for four (4) Miniature Continuous Air Monitoring Systems (MINICAMS). This support is critically needed by the DTRA Global Threat Reduction Directorate (GT) Mission Support Department (GT-MS), Technical Equipment Inspection (TEI) Branch, in Chantilly, Virginia to detect chemical warfare material during Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) entry inspections. These inspections are required by the CWC treaty inspection protocol. This is a follow-on contract action, subsequent to contract HDTRA1-21-C-0067. The period of performance will be 12-month base period, with four (4) 12-month option periods beginning on or about August 31, 2026.
