Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis with REI, LLC. (CAGE 3Y543), Cookeville, Tennessee 38506-4941, United States. This is a purchase request for quantity 2 of REI Mesa 2.0 Deluxe Analyzer for testing and accurate results for the electronic warfare technology project.A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees. The applicable PSC code is 6625.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote for consideration by the Government.
