FY26 Maintenance Dredging Services for San Joaquin / Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers San Francisco District is seeking contractors for maintenance dredging services in the San Joaquin / Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel (DWSC) for FY26. - The contract covers sediment sampling, dredging, and coordination with the Port of Stockton and other local entities. - Contractors must comply with all applicable FAR and RFO clauses, and follow established safety protocols. - Pre-dredge sediment analysis is required, with sampling events every five years (last in 2020, next in 2025). - Dredged material must be placed at approved sites, including the Government's S-19 Decker Site. - No pre-bid site visit will be provided; contractors are responsible for coordinating all site activities. - The place of performance is the San Joaquin / Stockton DWSC, with material placement at the S-19 Decker Site. - This opportunity is open to qualified dredging and marine services companies with experience in federal projects.

Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis with REI, LLC. (CAGE 3Y543), Cookeville, Tennessee 38506-4941, United States. This is a purchase request for quantity 2 of REI Mesa 2.0 Deluxe Analyzer for testing and accurate results for the electronic warfare technology project.A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees. The applicable PSC code is 6625.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote for consideration by the Government.
