The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a cloud-based laboratory network software solution for the Spokane VA Medical Center and associated clinics. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (Vancouver, WA) - OEMs and Vendors: - MediaLab (specified as brand name or equal) - Vendor must be the OEM or an authorized reseller - Products/Services Requested: - Cloud-based laboratory network software platform, brand name or equal to MediaLab - Modules required: - Intelligent Quality Engine (IQE) 100 forms (1 site license, annual renewal) - Inspection Proof Preparedness System (1 site license, annual renewal) - Compass Competency Assessment System (1 site, 50 users, annual renewal) - Compliance and Continuing Education System (1 site, 50 users, annual renewal) - Document Control System (1 site, 50 users, annual renewal) - Installation and training services (including document conversion and online training) - Ongoing support and annual license renewals for up to five years (base plus four option years) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Solution must be cloud-based and support laboratory compliance, document control, personnel competency, and corrective action tracking - Installation and training must be completed within 90 days of award - Vendor must provide online training (e.g., via WebEx) - Contract covers one site with up to 50 users - Annual software license and support renewals for up to five years - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Spokane VA Medical Center, Warehouse Bldg. 14, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA - Contracting managed by Network Contracting Office 20, Vancouver, WA
