Preventive and corrective maintenance activities on the Electronic Security System (ESS) for a maintenance term. Preventive and corrective maintenance activities include any adjustment, programming, configuration, repair, or replacement as a result of normal system operator, administrator and end-user activities for all supported systems (to include updating all firmware/soft­ware, software licenses, on all CCTV, Access Control and Burglar Alarm/Intrusion Detection Systems equipment and peripherals, to the latest release and version/build number).
