Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for a contract to provide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) On-call Roadway Construction Services in District 8. The contract term is estimated to be three years with an estimated value between $3,200,000 and $5,200,000.
