1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. 

2. The 496th Air Base Squadron is seeking to procure Crashed, Damaged, or Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) Equipment. Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for further details. 

3. Shipping and Delivery will be physically to Morón Air Base, Spain.
