Description
The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services is seeking implementation and configuration services for the OneStream Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This platform will support budget development, financial tracking, reporting, position control, grant management, and compliance oversight. The solution aims to replace manual processes, reduce reliance on spreadsheets, and provide a controlled, auditable financial management environment. Responses will be evaluated based on total bid with award to the highest scoring bidder. The Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirement is exempted for this IFB.
