Description
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Parkland County to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide support for land-based acquisitions, valuations, agreements, negotiations, consultations, management of Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) Regulated Surface Rights, and other related activities. The County intends to pre-qualify up to 5 respondents to be included on a Master Roster List for a period of three years with no options to extend. The contract duration is 36 months, starting approximately June 15, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
