Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites submissions for full engineering design and construction services for the Bayview Avenue Multi-Use Path, the Davis Drive Multi-Use Path, and associated intersection upgrades along Bayview Avenue, Mulock Drive, and between Bathurst Street and Yonge Street on Davis Drive. The scope includes topographic survey, existing conditions assessment, concept development, detailed design, agency and utility coordination, preparation of tender-ready documents, public consultation support, construction administration, full-time construction inspection, deficiency resolution, project closeout, and warranty-period walkthroughs. The contract period is estimated at 60 months. The procurement is conducted by the Town of Newmarket under Canadian trade agreements and a policy preferring Canadian suppliers.
