The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Social Network Analysis (SNA) Mapping and Visualization Software Solution for interdependency analyses of DND/CAF projects and other relevant digital products. The procurement includes a minimum of five licenses, support, and maintenance, with one initial contract period of 12 months starting July 15, 2026, and three optional one-year extensions. Deliverables include software licenses, support services, additional licenses up to 25 total, and training for up to 5 personnel.
