Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Social Network Analysis (SNA) Mapping and Visualization Software Solution for interdependency analyses of DND/CAF projects and other relevant digital products. The procurement includes a minimum of five licenses, support, and maintenance, with one initial contract period of 12 months starting July 15, 2026, and three optional one-year extensions. Deliverables include software licenses, support services, additional licenses up to 25 total, and training for up to 5 personnel. Only Canadian suppliers and applicable trading partners are eligible to submit offers, which must comply with all mandatory criteria and will be evaluated based on the lowest price among compliant offers.
