NAVFAC Washington is seeking industry input on a draft Statement of Work and evaluation criteria for a potential future procurement of Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) services across multiple military installations in the Washington, DC and Maryland area. - Request is for feedback, not a solicitation; no products or vendors specified - Services under consideration include: - Program, project, and construction management for facility and infrastructure projects - Support across all project phases: pre-award planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout - Key personnel: Project Managers, Construction Managers, Schedulers, Cost Estimators, Claims Analysts - Emphasis on quality, cost, schedule control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination - Additional services: contractor access coordination, claims management, government-furnished equipment oversight, and special consulting - Locations covered include: - Naval Support Activities in Washington, DC, Bethesda, Annapolis, Indian Head, Dahlgren, Thurmont, and Patuxent River (MD) - Joint Base Andrews (MD), Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (DC), Marine Corps Base Quantico (VA) - Participation is voluntary and does not guarantee a contract opportunity - No period of performance, contract value, or quantities specified; this is a market research and industry engagement effort

NAVFAC Washington is seeking constructive feedback from Industry on the attached draft Statement of Work, draft evaluation criteria, and suggested pricing structure for a potential future opportunity related to Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) services for the NAVFAC Washington. Feedback can be questions, comments, areas of concern, or similar.
This Request for Feedback is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by NAVFAC Washington. NAVFAC Washington does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary. Please identify any proprietary information submitted. Any of the information stated above is subject to change. If a formal RFP is generated at a later date, NAVFAC Washington will publish a solicitation notice.
