This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) seeks a comprehensive multifunctional device solution for copying, printing, and scanning for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. The District is interested in proposals for new and factory-remanufactured or ISO-certified remanufactured equipment to maximize cost-efficiency while maintaining performance standards. Vendors are encouraged to propose both lease and purchase options and recommend the most economical structure. The selected proposer must also include a transition and maintenance plan to support the existing legacy copier fleet for its remaining lifecycle.
