Chingcuanco - Products and Quantities: - 2 units: Next-generation MES (100 kWh for 50 kVA) - 4 units: MES (50 kWh for 35 kVA) - 4 units: MES (50 kWh for 20 kVA) - 10 units: Charging stations for battery swapping energy management system - Solar panels (540 Wp) with mounting structures - LiFePO4 battery storage (50–100 kWh), MPPT charge controllers, 48V, 200Ah - Inverters (single phase, hybrid on-grid/off-grid) - Battery Management Systems (BMS) - Deployable panel boards, circuit breakers, switches, conduit, cables, and accessories - Mobile containers with trailer beds (chassis & wheels) - Load-side inlet and Emergency Panel Board (with 100-meter cable) - Services Requested: - Mobilization (freight & handling) - Engineering drawings and documentation (as-planned/as-built, test reports, warranty, manuals) - Installation, testing, and commissioning of all systems - Training for beneficiary operations and maintenance teams - Onsite and 24/7 aftersales support (remote and onsite) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All products must be Geocode 937 compliant - Compliance with U.S. Department of State funding restrictions (e.g., no Huawei, ZTE, etc.) - Delivery and installation within the Philippines - Bidders may propose alternative brands or sources if technical specifications are met - Focus on rapid deployment, disaster resilience, and off-grid operation - No specific OEMs are named; bidders may propose suitable brands meeting the technical specifications.
