Carson City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Juvenile Detention and Probation Center Remodel Project located in Carson City, Nevada. The selected CMAR will provide pre-construction design phase assistance and, if a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is negotiated, complete construction services. The estimated construction cost is $11,000,000, with pre-construction services anticipated from August 2026 through August 2027 and construction from September 2027 through December 2028. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 28, 2026.
