Ivy Tech Community College South Bend Campus is seeking qualified contractors to bid on the South Bend Rooftop Units 8 and 9 Replacement Project. The project involves replacing existing rooftop mechanical units #8 and #9, which are original to the campus building and have exceeded their lifespan of 15 to 20 years. The scope includes removal of existing rooftop equipment, installation of new equipment, piping, ductwork, electrical systems, testing and balancing of new units, integration into existing building control systems, and roofing and curb modifications as needed.
