The project includes all labor, materials, bailing, overhead, profit, insurance, taxes, and other costs necessary to complete the work as specified in the bid documents. Bids are to be submitted sealed and will be publicly opened and read at the Daviess County Courthouse on May 28, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. The contract term is upon approval by Daviess County Fiscal Court, and prices are firm during the agreement term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
