MMCAP Seeks Senior Healthcare Consultant(s) and Staffing Firm for Regional Member Support

The Minnesota Department of Administration, through its MMCAP division, is seeking proposals for Senior Healthcare Consultant(s) and/or consultant staffing firms to provide regional account management and member support services for MMCAP members across six U.S. regions. - Government Buyer: - Minnesota Department of Administration, MMCAP (Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy) - Admin/State Procurement office, St Paul, MN - Products/Services Requested: - Senior Healthcare Consultant services and/or consultant staffing firm support - Services include: - Regional account management for MMCAP members - Member education on MMCAP contracts - Monitoring and increasing contract compliance - Recruiting new MMCAP members - Market intelligence reporting - Representation at industry conferences and trade shows - Development of work plans, submission of resumes and references - Coverage of specific geographic regions (East, South, Midwest, Southeast, Northwest, West) - Requirements: - Minimum five years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales or related fields - Respondents may be individuals, staffing firms, or both - Electronic submission via SWIFT Supplier Portal - Compliance with Minnesota diversity and inclusion goals - Cost proposals based on hourly rates (inclusive of compensation and overhead) - Travel and subsistence reimbursed per state guidelines - Technology used must meet state security requirements; laptops may be provided by the State - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified consultants and staffing firms - Place of Performance: - Services to be delivered regionally across the U.S. (East, South, Midwest, Southeast, Northwest, West) - Administrative and contracting office located at 112 Administration Bldg, 50 Sherburne Ave, St Paul, MN 55155-1402

MMCAP, a division of the Minnesota Department of Administration, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for contractor services to serve as regional Senior Healthcare Consultant(s) (SHC). The contractor(s) will perform tasks related to sustaining and further developing customer/member relationships of MMCAP members within the geographic territory proposed by the respondent. Responses must be submitted electronically via the Supplier Portal by the specified deadline. Non-electronic or email responses will not be accepted. Responses that do not meet mandatory requirements will not proceed in the evaluation process.
