Description

This solicitation is a Request to Qualify (RTQ) to establish a Prequalified Pool of Vendors for building materials and related items for Miami-Dade County. The pool will be used to solicit various types of building materials including lumber, doors, steel, cement, roofing materials, sheetrock, fasteners, paint, pipes and fittings, flooring, and acrylic and polymer sheets. Placement in the pool is not a contract but an acknowledgment that the vendor meets the qualifications outlined in the RTQ. Vendor submittals are accepted throughout the term of the RTQ for placement in the pool. The event is scheduled from May 6, 2026, to May 22, 2026, with a response deadline of May 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
