The County of Los Angeles Department of Youth Development (DYD) is seeking information from organizations with expertise in providing consulting services to support youth and community engagement based on evidence and successful models for youth development in Los Angeles and other jurisdictions. The consulting services may include facilitation of youth and community engagement, administrative infrastructure and logistics, and research on sustainable best practices for youth development systems change.
