Description

Canoe and Sourcewell are requesting proposals for trailers with related equipment and services in a national contracting solution for use by its members, which include various governmental, educational, not-for-profit, and tribal agencies across Canada. The solicitation is divided into two categories: Category 1 includes flatbed and open deck trailers as well as freight, livestock, and enclosed trailers; Category 2 includes specialty, operation, and support trailers. Proposers must select only one category to respond to and may include related equipment and services complementary to their selected category. The contract term is four years with possible extensions up to seven years or more under exceptional circumstances. Proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by June 25, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
