Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals from individuals or firms to provide lead-based paint and other environmental testing services to the City of Fontana. The services are to support the City's contracts funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms, contingent on continued funding. The City is issuing this RFP to comply with Federal, State, and local requirements for bidding testing services.
