Description

This solicitation is for professional consulting services to provide comprehensive survey, design, environmental documentation, and permitting for the BL-0154 Country Club Multi-use Path Design Project. The project involves designing approximately 3.9 miles of 10-12 foot wide concrete multi-use path, asphalt driveway connections, and curb ramps along the north side of Country Club Drive from Sloop Point Loop Road, across US-17 to N. St. Johns Church Road/Topsail High School, including pedestrian crossings at US-17. The selected firm will report directly to Pender County and provide contract administration ensuring compliance with contract requirements. The contract is partially reimbursed with Federal-aid funding through the North Carolina Department of Transportation and must adhere to all Department requirements and guidelines.
