Description

This solicitation is for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary and proper for HVAC services as per the attached specifications and requirements of the City of Worcester and WPS. The contract period is one year, from August 5, 2026 through August 4, 2027, with options to renew for a second and third year at the City's sole discretion. Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond of 5% of the total bid and provide a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility. The project classification is HVAC.
