Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of existing materials and components of the Memorial Park Gazebo. The contractor is required to provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to safely demolish and dispose of existing railings, decking and floor boards, steps and stair components, ramp framing, bench boards, wall panels, vertical siding, soffit and fascia, trim, and roof shingles. All work must comply with applicable building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and accepted industry standards. Removed materials must be properly disposed of offsite unless otherwise directed.
