Ontario Shared Services is seeking bids for an annual refresh of its Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for office and classroom supplies: - Four procurement categories: - Office Products - Print and Copy Paper - Laser Toners (including both OEM and remanufactured cartridges) - Classroom Products (newly introduced category) - Multiple vendors will be awarded for Office Products, Print and Copy Paper, and Laser Toners - A single vendor will be selected for Classroom Supplies - No specific OEMs, brands, part numbers, or product quantities are specified in the solicitation - Bidders for Classroom Supplies must submit Qualification, Technical, and Commercial envelopes - Existing vendors cannot bid on categories they previously won - The VOR arrangement is available to all ministries under the OPS Procurement Directive and optionally to non-OPS entities - Notable requirement: inclusion of both OEM and remanufactured toner cartridges in the Laser Toners category

This Request for Bids (RFB) is an annual refresh opportunity for new bidders to join the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Office and Classroom Products, Print and Copy Paper, and Laser Toners. The refresh adds a new category, Classroom Supplies, and is divided into four categories: Office Products, Print and Copy Paper, Laser Toners, and Classroom Products. Multiple vendors will be awarded for the first three categories, while a single vendor will be awarded for Classroom Supplies. Existing vendors cannot bid on categories they previously won, and all bidders for Classroom Supplies must submit Qualification, Technical, and Commercial envelopes.
