Description

The City of Charlottetown is requesting quotations for the supply of hot mix asphalt (B-Mix and D-Mix), bituminous emulsion (tack), and cold mix for the 2026 season. The supply site must be located within the City of Charlottetown, and all materials must meet industry standards and local specifications. Materials will be picked up by City staff and should be available as early as 6 am when requested. The contract may be extended to the 2027 construction season at the same price if agreed upon by the successful bidder. A single vendor will be selected for the supply of all materials.
