NOTE: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date.

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a medical building under a lease in Scranton, Pennsylvania for 3,400 rentable square feet (RSF) expiring December 31st, 2027. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 9 on-site surface parking spaces. The preferred space will be first floor contiguous but will be considered non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
