Description

The Town of Orange is soliciting bids for the hauling and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) from its Transfer Station on South Orange Center Road to the WIN Waste Bridgeport CT waste-to-energy facility or another facility approved by the Connecticut DEEP and the Town of Orange. Bidders must comply with the instructions in the bid documents and submit bids on the provided forms. The contract duration is four years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2030. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Public Works office by May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with the submittal location at the Town Hall-Lower Level Meeting Room.
