This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) invites prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide support for land-based acquisitions, valuations, agreements, negotiations, consultations, management of Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) Regulated Surface Rights, and other related activities. Parkland County, a rural municipality west of Edmonton, intends to pre-qualify consultants to be included on a Master Roster List for three years with no options to extend. Up to five respondents will be selected for the pre-qualified list. The County does not intend to re-issue this RFSQ for the services listed for a three-year period.
