Description

LAWA is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive homelessness outreach services across all LAWA properties, including the Central Terminal Area at Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport. The selected proposer will deploy a dedicated two-person outreach team to operate full-time during daytime hours and as needed during night hours, supported by a Program Manager or Supervisor. The outreach team will collaborate with LAWA security, Airport Police, the Crisis Intervention Team, and public safety personnel to identify, engage, assess, and connect individuals experiencing homelessness to appropriate housing and supportive services. The provider must submit weekly written reports detailing key metrics such as terminal counts, assessments, engagements, and successful transport to shelter or housing.
