The State of Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is seeking bids for a one-time, FAA-funded supply and delivery of liquid dust palliative materials to the communities of Chignik Lake and Karluk. - Government Buyer: - State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Maintenance & Operations Division - Procurement officer: Dan Trubiano - OEMs and Approved Products: - Dura Soil - Earth Armour - Sun DCA 15LT - Products/Services Requested: - Supply and delivery of liquid dust palliative to Chignik Lake (approx. 6,465 gallons) and Karluk (approx. 4,813 gallons) - Application of dust palliative at 1 gallon per 30 square feet - Tote size for delivery must be under 300 gallons - Contractor responsible for transport from dock to inland delivery sites in each community - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Strict environmental and packaging requirements - All delivery and application must be completed by June 1, 2027 - Project is federally funded by the FAA and subject to federal nondiscrimination and disability access regulations - Not-to-exceed budget of $200,000 per location - Delivery and application costs must be included in the bid

Description

This is an invitation to bid for a federally funded project involving the purchase and delivery of dust palliative materials to Chignik Lake and Karluk, Alaska.
