The City of La Cañada Flintridge is seeking a qualified consultant to provide remote Housing Planner services for its Community Development Department. - Government Buyer: - City of La Cañada Flintridge, Community Development Department - Services Requested: - Housing Planner Consultant Services (approximately 10 hours per week, remote) - Support implementation of 24 housing programs from the 2021-2029 Housing Element - Prepare annual reports for the California Department of Housing and Community Development - Assist with site identification for RHNA, rezoning, ordinance and policy preparation, outreach, and compliance - Support programs including ADU development, code enforcement, density bonus, senior and workforce housing, and energy use reduction - Notable Requirements: - Consultant may be an individual or a team - Must hold professional certification or license in California - Compliance with CalPERS rules if a retired annuitant is used - Fully remote position, managed by the Director of Community Development - Prospective Bidders (Consulting Firms): - Allied Solutions, BKF Engineers, Floral Park Consulting LLC, G+R Engineering Inc, Midwest Valley Corp, Psomas, Willdan Engineering - No product purchases or OEMs are involved; this is a professional services contract

The City of La Cañada Flintridge is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Housing Planner services to the Community Development Department. The services involve approximately 10 hours per week and may be provided by a single consultant or a team.
