Description
The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of a Customer Service Center located within the Southwestern Planned Unit Development - 560 Development Phase I in Georgetown, Texas. The selected CMAR will collaborate with City staff and the Architect, Marmon Mok Architecture, to ensure efficient design and construction delivery. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City's E-bid system by June 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held in person on May 20, 2026, at 10 AM CT.
