Description

This solicitation is for the placement of high-density mineral bond pavement preservative on select streets within the Champions East, Champions West, Mingo Crossing, and Carrington II subdivisions. The project also includes the Bailey Medical accesses from the north and south, as well as asphalt paving on the Three Lakes Loop south of E. 86th Street North between N. 117th East Ave and N. 121st East Ave. Bidders must comply with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. The contract requires performance, maintenance, and statutory payment bonds at 100% of the contract price.
