Description
The Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on proposed and continuing information collections related to reporting requirements for sea otter interactions with the Pacific Sardine Fishery under the Coastal Pelagic Species Fishery Management Plan. The notice aims to assess the impact of information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. Comments are requested for 60 days prior to submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
