Description
The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is proposing to collect data for a new implementation and outcomes study titled "Evaluation of the Next Generation Child Support Employment Services Demonstration (NextGen)." This 5-year project involves grants and waivers to 10 child support agencies to provide employment and support services to noncustodial parents, aiming to increase child support payment consistency through improved employment and earnings. The evaluation includes implementation and outcome studies, with data collection via a Management Information System (MIS), interviews with staff, partners, and participants, and analysis of child support and employment data. The study will provide insights on best practices and challenges in child support-led employment services and help agencies design effective programs.
