Description

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received an application for reorganization and expansion of the service area of Foreign-Trade Zone 102 in St. Louis, Missouri, under the Alternative Site Framework. The application seeks authority to expand the zone's service area to include St. Charles County, adjacent to the St. Louis Customs and Border Protection Port of Entry. This expansion would allow the grantee to serve sites throughout the expanded service area based on companies' needs for FTZ designation. Public comments are invited and must be submitted by July 6, 2026, with rebuttal comments accepted through July 21, 2026.
