Description

The Department of Labor (DOL) is modifying the system of records DOL/GOVT-1, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, Federal Employees' Compensation Act File. This system contains records related to injury or death of civilian employees or other persons entitled to benefits under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act. The modification adds a new routine use to permit disclosure of records to the U.S. Department of the Treasury for reviewing payments through the Do Not Pay Working System to identify, prevent, or recoup improper payments. Additionally, two model routine uses are added to permit disclosure of records in response to a breach of personally identifiable information.
