Description
The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing General License 14 issued pursuant to the Belarus Sanctions Regulations. This general license authorizes certain transactions involving specified Belarusian entities that would otherwise be prohibited under the sanctions regulations. The license was originally issued on March 26, 2026, and was previously made available on OFAC's website. It does not authorize unblocking of property or transactions involving other blocked persons unless separately authorized.
