Description
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security, is proposing the reinstatement with change of a previously approved information collection for alien change of address reporting. This collection requires aliens subject to registration and change of address reporting requirements to report their new address along with information on receipt of means-tested public benefits, employment, and schooling. The information will be used to enforce immigration laws, including public charge grounds of deportation, and to coordinate with agencies granting public benefits. Comments on the collection are invited until July 6, 2026.
