Description
Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Satellite Shelters, INC; Xenium Ln N Ste 150 Minneapolis, MN, 55441-4591. The requirement is to provide 2 Modular Budlings. The NAICS code is 332311. The authority for this non-competitive award is Title 41 U.S.C. 1901 (or Title 41 U.S.C. 1903 for Special Emergency Procurement) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.
