Description

This requirement is for the repair of Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) test body armor shredder. Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) tests body armor on a regular basis, accumulating large stockpiles that must be demilitarized before disposing. A large industrial shredder was deemed the best way to demilitarize the body armor after testing. The machine is sold and serviced by SSI Shredding. SSI Shredding does not outsource to any other company for the diagnosis, repair, maintenance or rebuilding of their shredders.
