The City of Fredericton, New Brunswick, is seeking qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive professional underwater dive services to support municipal infrastructure, public safety, and specialized operations. - Government Buyer: - City of Fredericton (Local Government), Office of the City Clerk - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to all qualified and experienced suppliers - Products/Services Requested: - Underwater inspection of river-crossing pipelines and outfalls - Police search and investigative dive services (including standby and active dive crews of 3-5 persons) - Sonar and side-scan sonar deployment - Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) deployment - Underwater video and photography for documentation and evidence capture - Vessel/boat provision with operator for dive operations - Secure media transfer and storage - Specialty diving labor for planned and emergency operations, including contaminated water diving - Project management and coordination - Specialty equipment and PPE as required - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must be provided by trained, certified personnel with appropriate equipment and safety systems - Strict compliance with health and safety standards, including mandatory COVID-19 vaccination for onsite personnel - Adherence to confidentiality, information security, and privacy protection standards - Compliance with the City of Fredericton Supplier Code of Conduct and New Brunswick laws - No minimum or maximum volume of work is guaranteed; contract is as-needed and non-exclusive - Pricing is unit-based, with after-hours and contaminated water premiums, and subject to annual CPI adjustments for renewals - Contract Structure: - Initial three-year term with up to two one-year renewal options, subject to performance and budget approval

Description
