Description

This project involves the build-out of an existing white-box area previously used for storage into three offices for the Walworth County District Attorney. The work includes selective demolition to install two borrowed lites to the existing corridor, modifications to lighting, HVAC, and fire sprinkler systems, and extension of power and data. Walls will be constructed with metal studs, gypsum wallboard, and sound batt insulation, with finishes including carpet, paint, and ceiling tiles.
