The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking commercial Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) training services for its personnel. - Government Buyer: - United States Marine Corps (Marine Corps Installations Command HQ, Washington, DC) - Services Requested: - Annual recurrent live-fire ARFF training courses for USMC personnel - Includes core certification scenarios: aircraft fuel spill fire, three-dimensional aircraft running fuel fire, aircraft interior fire, auxiliary power unit fire, engine fire, wheel well/brake fire, electronics/electrical compartment fire, and incident/accident debris fire - Fluorine-Free Foam (F3) application training compliant with FAA AC 150/5210-17C, NFPA 1010, or NFPA 460 standards - Training must comply with NAVMC 3500.114 ARFF Training and Readiness Manual and ARFF T&R manuals - Certificates of completion required within 5 business days - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Training delivered at contractor's certified facility - Government provides limited equipment; contractor must supply training environment and materials - Courses must accommodate 15-20 personnel per session - Emphasis on compliance with federal safety and operational standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified commercial training providers - Contract Structure: - Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period
